History of Allstate Construction
Allstate began in January of 1986 as a small general contractor with just four employees, $8,000 borrowed capital, and a vision. From day one, we have worked very hard to achieve client satisfaction. We successfully complete each project in a way that exceeds expectations.
Today we are a $50 million+ firm with over 60 employees, offices in Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Ocala, Lynn Haven, and Tampa, Florida, as well as Perry, Georgia. We have grown by delivering on our promises. We have a long list of repeat clients due to our attitude of team work, and being easy to work with.
Building Quality for Life is the goal of Allstate Construction, and we do this by providing services that truly do exceed your expectations. Our honesty, integrity and commitment to provide an enjoyable experience, while building projects and relationships that last, are what define Allstate. We would love the opportunity to show you that we walk the talk and to make your project a success!
USGBC Leed Certified
Allstate completed the first LEED certified project in the Florida Big Bend in 2007 for the City of Tallahassee. We are proud to have achieved Silver Accreditation from the USGBC. We have twelve LEED Accredited professionals on staff, and those team members are continually training our other team members in green building practices. Allstate believes in protecting our environment and resources, and we are committed to practicing ‘Green’ building.
