Allstate Construction

The beautiful new Farmers and Merchants Bank on Mahan Drive had their grand opening on September 21, 2007. The new single story branch bank consists of reinforced concrete block walls with exterior brick veneer on a concrete slab. The roof structure is prefabricated wood trusses with architectural shingles. The project was completed on time and under budget and the Owner was very pleased with the facility. Les Powell, the Owner’s construction rep made an unsolicited comment the he wished all his construction projects ran as well as this one and that Allstate’s team was one of the best, if not THE best he has worked with on a project. Allstate’s team worked very closely with the Owner throughout the project actually fine tuning the design during the construction.
