Construction included new administration, cafetorium, media spaces, 2-story classroom wing, and site improvements including 3 outdoor playgrounds, a covered play area, new bus loop and parking lot. The design accommodated the future planned addition of 8 more classrooms. Eustis Heights Elementary School was a much needed campus replacement for the school district. Allstate’s critical preconstruction services guided the project from an original $22M design to a submitted GMP at the District’s budgeted amount of $13M. Our commitment to teamwork and client needs allowed for a substantial cost reduction while still providing a new campus meeting the District’s needs, as well as aesthetics appreciated by the surrounding communities.
